• Items must be:Unused, unworn, and unwashed.In original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Accessories, innerwear, and sale/discounted items are not eligible for return.
• Customized or altered products cannot be returned.
• Note: Sale/discounted items cannot be returned. They are eligible only for exchange if the product is defective.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us via Contact page.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds & Credit Notes

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If the product is defective or incorrect, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued.
• If the product is not defective and the reason for return is not valid, a credit note will be issued instead of a refund.
• Credit notes are valid for 90 days and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
• Courier charges will be deducted from the refund/credit amount.
• Charges:Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: ₹400 (₹200 each side)Prepaid Orders: ₹400 (₹200 each side)
